No.
And I don't eat meatball spaghetti either.
Meatballs is a main course ("secondo"), spaghetti is a first course ("primo")
As a famous brand of pasta put it in an ad campaing: "every 7 minutes spaghetti are served as a side dish somewhere in the world"

Umm. Note to MAF: This post and indeed almost everything in this thread is said in jest. At no time do I advocate smuggling stuff into New Zealand. I know we don't have any snakes here. Or squirrels. Or chameleons.
It's okay, you have plenty of animals that would love to kill you...

I can imagine, had a .75 caliber replica Brown Bess musket which I used in Revolutionary War re enactments

full load, quite a jolt, noise and smoke
Nice, I want a Baker Rifle, or some other flintlock rifled muzzleloader, would be fun to play with.

My dad was a gun captain of one of the 16" guns on a battleship in WWII. We always had to badger him to take us to fireworks displays. He would usually sleep in the car. We once asked him why he did that. He said that if you have ever seen a nighttime air attack on a fleet of over 200 naval vessels, a fireworks display is just not worth the effort to see.

I recently came across this video on YouTube. It is the USS Washington (the ship my father served on) firing at aircraft. The big flashes are the 5" guns and the tracers are 20 and 40mm antiaircraft guns. The tracers are only every 4th of 5th round too. Skip to the 4 minute mark.

The US Navy photographed just about everything in WWII. A lot of it in color too. Moderators, If this is not appropriate please delete the video.

Air Attack On T.F. 58: Jap Planes Shot Down; USS Washington (BB-56) Fires AA Guns, 06/13/1944 (full) - YouTube
I could see why fireworks would be boring after seeing that. My great grandfather was a gunner in the Polish Navy in WWII, still alive at 96 today, however he never talks of his experience.

Honestly that video made me think of this:

I'm too busy cooking a sirloin tri tip like a very small brisket.
Normally cooked hot and fast to medium rare.

I would go for a Ferguson Rifle myself

https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=8BvhDZv%2b&id=5D7187CE...x=7&ajaxhist=0

since it was actually used in America

but photography gear takes priority

Nice, but there's just something special about the muzzleloader, in my extremely humble opinion.

But I have no time or money for that, or Unimogs and old Land Rovers. Keeping alive takes priority.

Based on recommendations from a few pages back (50 odd...) I watched Kelly's Heroes last night, I agree it is a good movie.
I am glad I did not lead you astray. Another fun movie (you get to see Lee Marvin and Clint Eastwood sing [hopefully that in itself does not scare you off) is Paint Your Wagon....one of my all time favs.

I would like a Baker too, but I am a lefty and flintlocks are not a lot of fun for me to shoot. The flash pan igniting in my face is not a lot of fun. Percussion cap rifles are manageable with glasses on, but the deflected burning powder does tend to bury itself in my right arm if I am not wearing a long sleeve shirt.

A Ferguson rifle would be a real keeper too.

Anybody ever have this problem when working on their car? Imagine opening the hood (bonnet) of your car and finding this staring at you. This is a timber rattler. Once almost extinct in New York but they have made quite a comeback.
If I lived through the experience, I would literally crap myself....
