I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

Seoul can't be destroyed I need to go back and visit! I loved living there and I hate big cities! (Seoul is 13 Million+.)
Sadly I only spent one night there at the Shilla Hotel. Awesome place to stay. The next 13 nights were in Chungju. I did get to see the Korean Folk Village and they took me up to the DMZ but I could not get into the area where the truce talks are held that day. I tired to take a photograph of the bridge over the Inchon River? there some military personnel quickly dissuaded me of the idea.

When I was in Korea in 1992 stop lights seemed to be optional. If you were there after that is it any different now?

So many worldly travelers on this thread.

It's looking like this thread will be working on its next 10K before the anniversary date of Oct. 10.

at one time, before I graduated college, I had been to as many foreign countries than US states ( if you count the USSR as not being one country )

states: Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan and Iowa

countries: Canada, Finland *, Russia*, Latvia*, Ukraine* and Denmark*

[ * one trip covered all of those ]

I've visited 4 of the 7 Continents - North America, Australia, Europe and Africa

but only 2 of the 5 Oceans

Atlantic and Pacific

am planning on visiting the Indian Ocean in 2019 on a return trip to Tanzania

By the time I got my MBA I'd been to
Canada, Venezuela, Germany, and Yugoslavia {it was a country then}
but I'd taken pictures in
Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maine, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, California, and Oregon.
MBA

that takes a year or so after the Bachelor correct

I was in the middle of my 2nd year at the University of Illinois ( Urbana/Champaign ) when I went on my trip to Helsinki, St. Petersburg, Riga, Kiev, Moscow and Copenhagen

I had been to Canada at least twice before then

I'm just a simple old country boy at heart.
For me there are so many places yet to be seen here in the USA that foreign travel is in second place. (even if I could afford it out of retirement savings)

My anthem:
My late best friend traveled to many different countries in the Army.
The one he always wanted to return to was Spain, the reason was somewhat like these lines in the song

Well I never been to Spain
But I kinda like the music
Say the ladies are insane there
And they sure know how to use it
They don't abuse it
Never gonna lose it
I can't refuse it

How do you keep it from drying out too much?

Why would one do that?

Nope, I would definitely want to keep it chambered in the original .303
Then you can hunt deer....there are many places where rifles are not allowed but shotguns shooting sabots/slugs are legal.
