It's obviously an image of one of Slartibartfast's colleagues. Slarti won an award for his work on the Norwegian fjords and I guess this guy was allowed to build his likeness into the landscape of the PNW.

I want some waffles, and bacon!
Went with eggs, hash browns, toast, and bacon.
I get those little cartons of dehydrated HBs for a buck each, and get 4 servings from them.
Great for camp cooking too.

My sweetie just cooked up toast, scramble eggs, and potatoes fried from dinner on the weekend....so good. Now, off to witness a house inspection. Cross your fingers, the retirement abode could be purchased soon!

Gross! Boil then refrigerate some russets, then peel and shred, cook on a hot grill with oil, finish with butter, and then you have hash browns.

a little work

a lot of taste

throw in a little thin onion shavings, as thin as you can slice them

sprinkle with a little shredded cheddar cheese right before serving
