I prefer flounders over carp. Fewer bones. And they're available closer to my house in hte salt water, not hiding in some faraway lake. Gut 'em, dip in egg&breadcrumbs mix, and fry the whole fish up. Add bacon. Yummmm

Dining on swine the last couple of nights.
Last night I grilled pork steaks, tonight I made (inside on the stove) pan fried breaded pork cutlets, gravy made with the fond, salt boiled red potatoes, and green beans seasoned with my cherry wood smoked bacon.
Got a very good rating from Mrs Bob, that's all that really matters to me.
