...and global warming (if it hasn't already been factored in) might offset the calculation a bit on the good side

Malapropos - a nice illustration of the difference between a million and a billion; a million seconds is about 11 days. A billion seconds is 31 years (and change).

I'll leave it to the RN to include the decimals.
