My employer wouldn't be too happy if I on purpose went to work during the most contagious phase of whatever I was infected with. Back when I used to have my own office it wasn't too big a deal, but now that we're stuffed too densely into "landscapes"... (Oh, and what a brilliant idea it is to significantly reduce the efficiency of your staff in order to save a few bucks on the office space. Absolutely brilliant.)

Then again, since I can do 98 % of my job from home it means I will work from home rather than call in sick. Or I call in sick but still work as much as I'm up to.
