That is peameal bacon, the only true Canadian bacon.
Right... but what did they do with the fat? I'm no farmer or butcher, but those piggies must have some fat on them

I have.

That bicycling outfit you wear hides nothing.

Canadian bacon is made from the loin, very low in fat.

Probably why Charlie is still slim like he was in high school, eh?

Those two bikies.

White powder for them was flour, and salt, and sugar.
Bikies?

What MC did they ride with?

Hi Mark

Doesn;t the lycra hide such things ?

All that riding must do something other than reaching a destination.......no..?

That looks tasty... but what on earth have they done with your bacon? It should come with a little nicely-crisped fat, shouldn't it?

I have seen bacon like that in Yankeeland often.

They both got about in the same sidecar.

Before you laugh remember the perfect bikie bike, the BMW 750 with sidecar and MG34 mounted on the sidecar. Apparently good for up to 14 days riding around the Russian front.

Extra hungry this morning - 2nd breakfast
Two breakfasts was my routine for years - first one at home, then one when I arrived at work. My current employer doesn't serve breakfast, so I have to eat a bigger meal at home. On the other hand I get an excellent lunch here - all-you-can-eat for about $50 a month. No bacon in the salad bar, though

Good chilly morning everyone.
36F and frost on the rooftops, no wind, so it feels good outside with my morning joe.
Biscuits and gravy will be breakfast.
