Good news finally, I accepted an offer on a job today making pretty good money. Bad news is I have to relocate to South Bend IN.
Congrats!
At least it's not in one of the Dakotas.

It is good to get the new job. A bit far to commute daily (200 miles), what about weekly commuting. Lots of people do that here because they feel connected to where they were before.
Nah, going to sell and move.

Nah.

I drive briskly but safely.

And I always get there and back without (so far) a ticket or a wreck.

You can rent me your house since I wouldn't mind living in Nashville, at least for the winter! It is close to family for me that live in B-town, Elletsville, and Spencer.

How did they get that much torque out of a rotary? Or is high just way up where all the ponies live?

I can sell it to you. There's even 16 acres with it!

I dunno, could be the high revving.

I do know they get a lot of power out of them, and the turbocharged ones get stupid power output numbers.

Were you offering effective means to commute in a reasonable time?

I dunno, really. Having just awakened from a narcotic induced slumber, my brain was kind of mushy.

Probably not all connected, and I lumped three posts into one so someone else can take the podium here as top poster.

The more I think of this the better it gets. Now we all have a place to crash for free during Notre Dame football weekends.

Great news - congratulations! Relocation is a lot of hassle, but not so much as not having a job.

I know the feeling, but have no drugs to blame

How kind of you. But unless Bert enters another long-drawn posting frenzy your position at the top is safe for a good long time yet.
