Didn't get skiing unfortunately, too many chores to do. I'm heading up today, and it's quite warm with an alpine temperature of -20°C (-4°F) right now, before the sun's even up with clear bluebird skies today.
Enjoy your day Bert!

PETA would be on you like flies on goat droppings.
We've taken goats 'looking for good homes' before with the intention of breeding and milking them, but they couldn't be, so they ended in the freezer.

I bet it was harsh, and you didn't get a buzz, eh?

Like I use to hear the old Germans in our area say "Be careful, there's some slick ice out there."
Slick ice?

What other kind is there?

Nice Garage!!!
The shop has a larger footprint than the house.

Shop is 40'x60'.

House is 34'x54', not counting the 8' wrap around porch.

A man has to keep his priorities in order you know.

What a whole lot of fuss over nothing. It's only a name for goodness sake.

Time for Racer to put on his modulator hat.

I know this thread is not the regular discussion type, but still we need to keep in mind our obligation to keep things G rated. We all are guilty of stepping over the line (myself included), and generally when one of us "colors outside the lines" it gets handled on the QT.

Still, it has fallen on me to step in and do some house cleaning.

So everyone please keep this in mind when composing contributions here.

Thanks,
Racer

Oh, yeah, gotta go to town and get more bacon. And that is why I will not be buying a K-3.

I don't think there was a reference to vulgarity here.
A very well known ancient book describes Hell (sheol/hades) as the realm of death; it is described as a place where there is no work,
no device, no knowledge, nor wisdom.

I'm sure Bob was just referring to Washington, D.C.

BTW, Bob. Did you notice the misspelling in your meme? There should be 2 Ls

Ice isn't slick when it's properly cold. Not slick at all. Slick like sandpaper, if you will.
