Before search engines there were the people who registered slight typo errors of the names but now that does not work because people do not go to things by typing addresses.

more than a few of my supplier side sites are like that, hopelessly designed in the hope they can eliminate sales force, if the site is bad I email all my orders to the rep, if it is ok i use it but make sure i keep the rep involved because a good rep is useful web pages aren't going to cut it for me
