Take her to a nice place for dinner, but not Finnish. She eats that every day, right?
5 guys double cheeseburger did her inn.
She almost passed out at the burger joint and after we got home, she took a 2 hour nap!

Breaking news. Mass shooting in NZ.
This sort of thing does not normally happen here.
See: Shootings at Christchurch mosques | Stuff.co.nz

"Ahmad Al-Mahmoud, 37, described the shooter as white-skinned, blond, quite short and wearing a helmet and a bulletproof vest."

With all our gun controls, we've not seen a mass shooting in NZ since 1997, and prior to that, 1990.

Terrible news; I’m sure that all of our thoughts are with our Kiwi friends.

So, any suggestions on how to entertain my Finnish girlfriend when she gets here this April.

Heartfelt condolences to you and your country Mark.
I saw that the death toll is up to 49, so very sad and senseless.

I'm crying for New Zealand today. This is too similar to what we saw here in 2011 - and inspired by it as well, it seems

Hate is ignorance.

And it affects us all when those consumed by it behave badly.

I hope these events can help the good people of the world to come closer together, have a better understanding of our differences and be more accepting and tolerant of those differences.
