If they still had the cuties on skates and the tray that hangs on the car window I might go now and then to get a Papa Burger with onion rings and a root beer float in one of those glass mugs.

I still have the tray, but cuties on skates are in short supply. I'll see if I can convince Annie!

Totally "not PC" nowadays. OTOH, "male cuties" might get support from some (NOT ME!)
I'll let you decide which is the cutie on skates in this picture...I know, you are talking about roller skates....

Both are "cute" - but "whatever floats your boat"

PS: that shot needs a lot of PP - probably not shot with a Pentax

It's as I remembered it, the real sassafras root is being left out.
"But modern root beer doesn’t contain any real sassafras root anymore, why not?

Well, sassafras and sarsaparilla both contain safrole, a compound recently banned by the FDA due to its carcinogenic effects. Safrole was found to contribute to liver cancer in rats when given in high doses, and thus it and sassafras or sarsaparilla-containing products were banned."
