So, by the way - It seems I have unwittingly surpassed 10,000 posts during the last few days. Go figure. I have posted a post in my original Welcomes and Introductions post. Just for fun.
No doubt, about 5,000 of those 10,000 posts are probably in this thread. Thanks for the laughs you lot!

Wonderful!

Did you have any problems with cylinder head oil leaks on yours? Common wisdom was to use exactly the right gasket, no compound, and a rather specific tightening sequence and torque levels, with regular follow up...

Owning 6+ acres in the country has its advantages.

Since it can be a bit of a walk back to the house, I have ‘marked’ pretty much all of it.

..... but I like living here. It's comfortable, and the location is near-perfect for this stage of my life, as I'm just a short walk (or two minute drive) from beautiful open farm-land and moors, yet only six miles to Durham City which is very pretty, historically fascinating, and has good shops, restaurants etc.
There is the thing Mike. If it suits you and makes you happy that is all that matters.

Between the greyhound, the cat and I, I think we've "marked" every tree in our yard.

How long does it take to build a Gazebo?

I guess he might have time to dig the holes for the posts...

...and then next summer he could bail the water out and put the posts in.
