slice a peach
very thinly slice part of an onion
alternate layers in a small ramekin
microwave for a few seconds

no boiling required

I had to look up ramekin.

So here is the thing, I never liked cooked fruit but recently I found that pear cooked with brie and thinly sliced cured meat of some kind is delicious. Maybe the above recipe will change my view on peaches. I will always try something once. Even chicken's feet; now I can honestly say, I do not care for chickens feet.
