Made do with my existing charcoal burner for today... Nothing fancy, just a quick-to-make lunch of pork sausages, scallops wrapped in streaky bacon, chestnut mushrooms, onion, orange and green bell peppers and corn on the cob, plus a salad on the side (the latter helpfully prepared by Mum
). Oh, and I put on three baked potatoes wrapped in foil afterwards, and let those cook with the lid closed. We had those for an early dinner with some butter and cheddar cheese
