Why do I get the feeling Brand X and Racer know each other, in person, both being from the PNW?
Brand X is Mrs. Racer 2.0.

She haunts the forum from time to time, ever since I gave her an Optio W30 for Christmas, and set her up with an account here.

She rarely uses it though.

I also tried to give her my K10D when I got the K5IIs, but she declined, citing complexity. I showed her how it could be used in full auto mode, all she needed to do was turn it on, point and shoot, and how it feels and handles so much better than the Optio.

Still she declined.

Like "Heck!" "Darn!" "Doggone it!" but in a humble Norwegian way?
You should have seen the Norwegian swear words Mrs. Racer 2.0 wanted to post here earlier today.

The last line is tame compared to what she was going to post.

I finally convinced her it was better that I didn’t have to bust her for having a (Norwegian) potty mouth.

Say what? Norwegians use foul language. No, they are as bad or good as the Swedes...
Just way too polite for their own good, this is IMOO. Coming from a Finn.

You in the doghouse often Racer ?
but 2 waterbeds........oh wait, your on the way to the black stump so extra firewater is a good idea in case of fires.
Sav's got the transport blues, being so humble still doesn't help.

Oh and Storms in Africa by Enya is playing in the background

Depends upon the size. A relatively easy thing to calculate, length x width x height.

60 x 84 x 8 = 40320 cu in

40320 cu in = 23.33333 cu ft

23.33333 cu ft = 174.5454 gallons

174.5454 gallons x 8.3 = 1448.72682 lbs
Aaaahhhhh. The non metric system. Thanks for that.

1.524m x 2,134m x 0.203m = 0.660cu.m, i.e 660kg.

Mrs. Racer 2.0 and I were out running errands today, and stopped at the Conway Pub and Eatery for a burger, fries and a beer. As we were leaving I shot an 8 image panorama with my K-1 and A28 f2.8.

The Conway Pub has been open since 1932, in the basement of the Masonic Temple in Conway, Washington. Always a great place for a beer and a bite to eat, and on weekends they have live music.

Oh, and it is a popular stop during the Oyster Run.

Thanks.

And yes, since I have the K-1, I certainly don'[t need the K-3.
