Yellowtail is a step up on mentholated spirits, it should not cause blindness. It is low end.
Dave lives in one of the regions that makes good wines, and near to several other good wines regions. Clare Valley, Barossa, Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, Adelaide Plains. Find makers like: Taylors, Penfolds, and many others from the areas I listed. In these regions irrigation is used to augment natural rain. Inland in the Riverland irrigation is the main supply of water.
