It's all just carpentry with cleaner tools.

Getting a general anasthetic was not an option for me. Air Force schooling base full of thousands of brand new kids right out of Basic Training (or college for us ossifers). Dental clinic was Army, and your option was get a local, or get nothing...

I couldn't be a Dentist. Not just because it is a difficult job, but all the things a Dentist would be required to do. Or a Veterinarian, for that matter. Have a lot of respect for both professions and very glad they exist.

Does that mean you are staying with photography as a safer pursuit.

Perhaps they were hoping for a nice long 20 year B&B accommodation for quarantine. Surely your delightful Prime Minister would not be so cruel as to send them home.

I'm going to guess 15 months to 2 years and then we'll send her home. That's how these things usually go.
Or maybe discounted for time served and 30% off for the early guilty plea and she can be on the airplane next month.

In the Napoleonic wars the quality of an army surgeon was measured by the number of amputations (arms or legs) they could do- per minute. Four was the proper speed.

BTW I once saw a book of the surgeons sketches of wounds a Waterloo. Even in sketches some were rather gruesome.

Maybe Dave could come and collect them and take them to Dartmoor.
