I have a 2016 Nissan Frontier.
I believe that the NP300 we rented in Namibia is the same model. It did a wonderful job of getting us around the country for three weeks on all sorts of roads (and sometimes off them, too).

I did a 51 km bike roundtrip on Wednesday to visit my parents. I haven't ridden a bike in years, but this was just plain fun - even in the hard rain on the way back.

I think I like electric bikes

We got ourselves a "longtail" like this one.

Oh, and I've spammed Marks "lense" thread with some of my bad sense of humour. You should be thankful for not having to see it here!

Where I grew up at the Dutch border there are more bikes than people. I used to cycle everywhere during my teenage years (school, parties, friends, villages). When I moved to Scotland I stopped cycling - Dundee is quite hilly in parts and there is zero cycling infrastructure. Bar a couple crazy European exchange students, cyclists really are nowhere to be found there. I cycled with gusto again during my exchange year in Canberra (oh the bike paths there!), but when I moved to Munich I initially just used public transport. After about a year I bought a bike again, and oh, how much I had missed it! I'm anywhere in Munich faster than any car or public transport, the sun and wind in my face. Cycling is freedom.

The "formal" sentence would be longer, then? 2.5 kg of cocaine would put you away for quite a bit more than two years around here.
I suspect they'll want her gone out of the country sooner rather than later.

That is the ugliest bicycle I have seen in some considerable time.

Yes, but it's a joy to ride - and it can haul quite a load. Just the thing for us city dwellers.

Oh, and I've seen even uglier

(Mark cannot read this text as he has now stabbed out his eyes.)

Oslo is also quite hilly. The electric motor magically makes it flat. The drawback, of course, is that the range is limited. Or rather, when your batteries go flat you all of a sudden have a very heavy bike

Thanks, but I rather side with Mark on the looks

With pedals.

Which make it like any bicycle.

Something which one can actually burn calories on.

And become more fit.

So one simply goes back to using the thing in a way that is actually beneficial to their health, rather than a machine to do work for them.

What a concept, eh?

I suppose you don't drive at all, and walk everywhere, so it's beneficial for your health, rather than having a machine do the work for you, eh?
