Lessee...1 stone is 14 pounds, then that number multiplied by...ahh.....too much higher math for me.
I think a stone is three and a bit bricks.

When you say three and a 'bit bricks'...are you implying that someone short a few bricks of a load ' ?

Well that's just it. The women you see driving around in those land yachts feel grossly inadequate, not being born with the same equipment as their male counterparts, so they get a large SUV, and that is a substitute for what they are lacking.

Like those men going through a midlife crisis, who run out and buy a Corvette.

Minus two this morning. Hard to measure the amount of wind blown snow.
Bob's bar and grill closed until further notice.

Well, this was taken between our house and the neighbours. A good 9cm.

Taco Grande is under a comfortable blanket this morning. I just heard the plow go by so I guess it's time to go and finish the drive way.

9 cm?

Pffttt!!!

We had over 30 cm by the time it stopped.

Now, after more than 24 hours of rain, it looks like this:

Any concerns about flooding. I heard that Seattle had the most snow they've had in one snow dump, in the past 50 years. Two of my SIL's live in Vancouver and they also got quite a bit of snow, for them.

That's a fair amount of driveway to shovel or snowblow.

Sometimes windblown snowdrifts can be the worst if deep enough.

Up here, sunny and -25 right now. High will be -18....we're having a heat wave and the temps will be getting steadily warmer over the next week...may even be above freezing by next week.

Yeah, in the grand scheme of things, 9cm is not a lot but it was not expected to be nearly that much. Surprise surprise. Oh, and we will not get rain till the end of March....so it just keeps adding up :-D

Park had like, I dunno, 30-40cm of snow on Sunday. It's thinning out now, but still blanketed.

We need a volunteer to check on Otis to make sure he has enough tires to burn to stay warm. Maybe @Parallax?
Bet he has some major shrinkage this morning. Otis that is, not Parallax.
It's currently 13° F in Grandbury, TX.
