Matt Granger used to be known as "That Nikon Guy", but lately he seems to have broadened out somewhat. He's entitled to his opinion. Personally, I prefer the look of the K-5 to either Canon or Nikon. I certainly prefer its size.

Never heard of the guy, so I'm inclined to say: 'Who cares?'
But I guess he is saying nice things about Pentax.

I'm not quite sure if I like the look of the K-3. It sounds great, but, not looking to hot there.

What he said. Context is everything and for what it is worth, I prefer the K-5 styling over the K-3 as well.

Personally I find the PENTAX aesthetic the most visually pleasing of all dSLRs on the market.
The advanced build quality is the second thing you notice when you first pickup a Pentax (rolls off the tongue doesn't it ) after handling the others.
The third thing to make an impression is the weight and feel when compared.
Finally the thing that makes the biggest difference are the results and the big smile on your face when you capture great shots.

Yep - I'd rather be shooting my Pentax than my mouth...
