Congrats! While you're at it, can you do some flat-surface tests with the K-3 and FA43 at a few medium apertures? Some might groan at this, but some time ago I was reading Photozone.de's updated review of the FA43 on the K-5. Between the K10 and the K-5, the newer body had downright abysmal borders/corners until at least f/4. I think they were inclined to blame the different AA aggressiveness between the two cameras (there is also some field curvature of the focus plane). I thought this must be a mistake until CRIS sent me my "repaired" K-5 with a CD of sample images using the FA43. All were taken at f/5.6 of a brick wall and EWW, only the center could be called sharp. I'm curious to see if the K-3's lack of AA makes a difference with that lens.
