I think that's what they were burning. There was a lot more smoke than fire, as far as I could see.

It's not the camera that's taking the nice photos I see here. It's the photographers! Good stuff all around.

All three are wonderful but I really like the sheep. I am convinced that when my K3 gets back from repair I will get that lens. Although, I believe it takes much more than a lens to get the wonderful photos you take. You don't give classes do you?

Thanks. I didn't. It was dreary and somehow my iso ended up at 3200 -- probably would work better as a B and W photo though.

I recently went to a Pentax dealer in my Area and they had it on display so I was able to try it, it had a DA 50mm f/1.8 mounted on I was able to take some shots and damn how smooth and buttery the action was (how the camera performed) it has a way better sounding mechanism than my K-50 which I brought that time, shutter sound was just oh so nice, will the K-3 be replaced with a new flagship? I noticed the price drops and the bundle offers!
Dang if I had the enough cash..
