Found something interesting. Photographed this in low light. One with my K3 and the other with my Olympus XZ-10 P&S. The K3 was at F4 and ISO 4000. The XZ-10 was F2.4 at ISO 800 pushed 1.5 stops. Can you tell which is which?

Had storm that came through a couple of days ago and got some shots with the 16-50.

Great test, proving that viewing web sizes isn't quite as taxing as large prints. Also, the shots aren't in identical perspective, and the second is a tighter crop. With all that said, I'd say the 2nd is the Oly, because it lost more highlights and lacks the shadow detail of the first, and despite being a tighter shot, still doesn't have as much detail as the first pic.

Thanks, bobbotron! I'm not really a fan of long exposures, but it was the perfect place to test my new tripod.

Yep, this isn't scientific at all. It's just 2 cameras taking photos of the same subject showing that simple cameras can do okay for everyday. I love both but and they both have their place. I think the little Oly has the same sensor as the Q. I could be wrong though.
