Looks like a parrot fish. Many species with varying colors. They eat coral. Parrot fish poop is white coral sand excreted by the fishes.

Don't think it's a parrot fish. The mouth is too fleshy and too large. Parrot fish, as the name implies, have heavily cornified "lips" that look like a parrot's beak and are used to nip off the coral (not done by the teeth).

LeRolls - thank you for the info. I thought about the Lightsphere but I wasn't sure about it. Based on your skill, it works very well.

Thanks.

I use a Gary Fong Lightsphere which seems to work well considering I generally don't have time to setup light stands and I don't have anyone assisting me. Thought about trying the Rogue Flashbender XL as a sort of portable softbox solution.
Thank you for your info. I am surprised, obviously it works.

Thanks. At a pool with a flock, it's just a matter of watching and waiting.

I read about using this instead of a neutral density filter to tget the flow in the water. I have'nt had a chance to try it out yet. Looks to me like it works perfectly. Thanks for posting this Michael.

Your welcome, I have been reading up on it quite a bit. This is one that is a series of 15 shots 2 seconds apart in Interval Composite Mode, Average setting 1/20 each. It really is easy to use once you figure it out.

No, I've never used it before either but you have certainly provided the impetus to find out how it works and to give it a try. There are so many features in the K-3. What a camera! Thank you, Ricoh.
