So my K-3 is back on form! First time using composition adjustment. Have to keep it in mind when shooting urban scenery...

That's great it's back in business!

Composition adjustment is something not used enough, so awesome we can do this in camera. Did you use a tripod for that shot? Love the colours in it.

Thanks! Yes, shot on a tripod. It's a 2s exposure - Pentax SR is good, but not quite that good. Shot as the subway train was leaving the station - you can see it streaking through the shot in blue and white in the bottom half of the frame. I used the electronic level to get the camera horizontal, then composition adjustment to pan downward without causing perspective distortion.

Funny, when I'm doing those perspective adjustments in camera, I always get confused which I want to be adjusting it, it's easy to get confused which way to go.

Thank you. I guess I've been shooting a lot with this lens -- always seems like when you get a new piece of glass, it is hard to get it off the camera to use some of the old friends again.

It finally snowed here. We had had fifty degree (10 degree C) weather on Saturday and rain and then over night, the temperature plummeted with a high yesterday of 19 (-7 C). Got a couple of inches of snow as well.

I have to say that I like it pretty well. There isn't much point to winter without cold and snow, in my opinion.

I can see three cylinders, two on the front of the V plus the left side rear one.

I think it's an illusion. Here is a pic from the other side.
