Promised I would not post after the more wonderful images by Kengoh, but here's a tom turkey in full display. You can see bits of a second male behind him. Usually when two or more male turkeys are displaying together, they hatched from the same clutch.

Another, wider shot of the Montreal skyline. Probably the last shot I will publish from my morning blue hour sessions last weekend.

K3ii

This was about my 5th attempt at PS. Original was processed for CA, contrast, gamma and cropped in DCU 5, which, by the way, i found quite nice to use after only a little effort. I used Photo Lab back in the ist* days. DCU 5 has minor quirks but in my opinion gives excellent image results. Really only reprocessed in SilkyPix Pro 5 to add a watermark.
I really enjoy the K3II because it is nice to handle with the added bonus of PS if i want extra detail (for still stuff)!
Up to about 200 shots now, no issues and mostly only restricted by my amateur skills,

Rideau falls. Both of these were overexposed, I had to tame them back down in post production! And here I thought I'd under expose them.

Edit, forgot this one!

A red-handed tamarin in a zoo in Texas. Why "red" rather than "yellow" or "golden?" Beats me. K3 + 60~250.

Don't miss any opportunity to spend time with them. Those wonder years, when everything is new, every fairy tale believable, the whole world full of fun pass so very quickly. Beware: adolescence happens.

I agree. It is tough sometimes with work schedules, but having kids to have fun with and experience things with brings an increased level of joy to a lot of every day routine experiences.
