Fire is so fun, why would you want to give it up?

In photography terms, LEDs and other lights are making headway WRT to light art.

And a harbor in Maine with not as many sail boats showing, but there were more in other areas here. Gloomy, heavily overcast morning.

Nice sunset Norm and I think that we have close encounter with the same specimen of the flower... though I do not have a clue what it is.

Gorgeous light blue colors. I've got the DA*50-135 too but end up using it for portraits mostly. I need to think outside the box more

DA 14 Pensacola Beach Florida. Thought about getting a color polarizer for this lens, but the colors seem to pop naturally so maybe not.

Obviously the DA*200 images look the best. I thought that was your wifes lens?

The flower is a TRILLIUM, which is both the common and scientific/generic name, most likely red trillium (Trillium erectum)

You are absolutely right! I checked after I read your post and found out that I have also picture of Great White Trillium and at that point it came to my mind that we have everywhere on Ontario issued documents a logo that pictures exact the same flower.

I am very bad with flowers but like their beauty.

Here is one more shot of the "Trillium grandiflorum"

I thought about getting the FA 77 to complete my FA Limited trio, but the DA*50-135 is just so good its' kept me from doing that. And I hate not to use if I ever did end up with the FA 77.
