So cheap. Are they any good. At that price you can afford to make pickled eggs.
I do not care for picked eggs but can now make plenty lof egg sandwiches.

Unless I miss my guess, the picking is done from an egg plant?

Thanks for the compliment. Many images I post just fit a game (Alphabet Race; I Spy), and they are far from fine images, but now and then I post one that I think is nice.

I know what you mean. I came across a path that I thought looked a bit "Lord of the rings" in the middle of nowhere while walking in the mountains in north Wales.

When I was starting school my mother gave me pickled egg sandwiches. Much better than the sheep's brains sandwiches, especially in summer.

That image speaks well for the lens and your technique.

A very heavy crop on the DA*60-250. About a 85% crop of the original image. I do not get a chance to photograph Cedar Waxwings often so I took this one even though it was so far away.

K-3 and DA*200 ƒ2.8 with F 1.7x AF adapter (340mm)

ISO 640, ƒ5, shutter speeds from 1/250 to 1/1600s (AV)

A few young hummers at the feeder....

Most of the flowers are done, but there are still a few having on.

Tree seeds are ripening...

The ninja squirrels and packrat chipmunks continue their antics.

It's just business as usual, for anyone who's keeping track.

Great series but almost missed the squirrel because it opened last! Excellent hummingbird shots.
