That lens, if you read the forum reviews, has about a 10% failure rate, but people are really happy with it once the problems are solved.

OK< I have a few images here, what to post....

.

Thanks, it's an example of what you can do with a macro lens, when apparently there's nothing there. This droplet was about a half inch long and quarter inch across, and the detail in it, I didn't see until I got home and enlarged it.

The K-3 makes my day... every day. -17 degrees celsius, windy, hanging around my neck all day, one battery and it just keeps on shooting.

With a Helios 44m-6... The advantages of being able to take 8 pics per second means you are likely to get one in focus when it is windy.

Nice depth isolation and good approach to shooting the moving target in the wind.

I guess it really is like old Joe said, "Quantity has a quality all its own""... and I'd not only apply that to FPS, but also Mpix in this case.

Shot another show last night but I messed up and shot at ISO 16,000. I was able to save the shoot just the same.

This is my first photo ever taken with K-3. In hurry, with flash, so the face of my daughter is little overexposed, but that's my fault. Howewer, sharpness, details, color, absolutely stunning! I'm delighted with K-3. There is no PP, just cropping.

First Day

Picked the camera up from Paxton' Cameras Sydney, Australia. These are my first few shots . Taken with the DA* 50-135mm and Fa 31mm ltd. Great camera that has caused me to leave my trusty k-5 at home.
