[ I am in the midst of a 14 day review of this lens, any comments would be appreciated ]

Just as good as my copy DA 55-300 (not L, not WR, not PLM). No complaints that I see. I find it a fine lens compared to many others.

I don't see any technical issues with it. I own the non PLM version. I am pretty happy with it. I got for a killer price when it went on sale at B&H Photo a few years ago. .

My family and I just took a trip to Romania and Israel. I haven't had time to process many photos, but this is a shot with the DA 15 limited of Tel Aviv.

Relaxing after work with my new K3 II and "new" smc PENTAX-FA 80-320mm F4.5-5.6. This is my 1st experience with the lens and it's what I expected. So far I think I like it.

I have a problem with my K3. Traveling for 3 weeks and forgot the battery charger. Any suggestions for a remedy apart from the obvious and difficult - buy a replacement charger. Are the other, non Pentax cameras that use the same battery?

I will be in Adelaide first.

The Australian distributor is C R Kennedy, who have an office in Sturt St Adelaide, so I would try them for a replacement charger...you could probably make contact via internet prior to check.
