Two ruins in Ireland. This first is, or once was part of a farm, might have been a barn or a house. The second in a cemetery was once a chapel where it is thought that the relics of a saint were kept and venerated.

How did you happen on these? Just out and about, or ...?

Both of these were seen on tour via a big bus (100% satisfactory). I had been hoping to visit Ireland for many years, and when it came up as the next destination, we were determined to see as much as possible. No tour we found covered all we wanted, so we put together two: one around the south coast, then picked up another on the west side of the island and toured around the north coast, including Belfast, and back to Dublin. Beforehand and at the end we had a few days in Dublin, and between the tours we took several days with a car to go inland to Clonmacnois and other interesting sites, and also to go out to one of the Aran Islands. The old farm building was along the roadside, the picture possibly taken from inside the bus (i'd have to check, it might have been across the street where we stopped to look at some beehive buildings). The chapel, as I recall, was in a cemetery we visited on tour. Again, I'd have to check to see exactly where it was.

Another K-3 DR example

Gabriola Island, BC, August 2017, Malaspina Galleries

K-3, ISO 400, 1/50 @ f/7.1, DA 12-24 f/4 at 24 mm.

The Malaspina Galleries were created by erosion removing limestone from beneath the cap rock. At the time of evening when I took this, there were a dozen or so youngsters jumping from the cap rock into the water near where I was standing. Looked like great fun, but I suspect a 77 year old without bathing suit might have attracted too much official attention.

Note the increase in the detail of the gallery in the second, processed image. Processed in Lightroom CC.

You have some great shots, Reza! Really like number 6 and number 8, but they are all strong work.

Thank you. Appreciate the feedback. I was browsing through my old pictures and came across with these. Totally regret that I sold my Sigma 70-200. One reason wasn't compatible with K1...;(

Today was the last day of my vacation and here at least it was absolutely gorgeous. I decided I felt good enough to take the Bigma out for a shoot since it has been about a year since I done any real wildlife. So I went to my favorite spot about 30 miles away. Of course I left my gimbal head at home .

All with the Sigma 50-500

I saw this Egret while walking out and he was still then when I was heading back to the car. Waaaaaaaaaaaay beyond the limits of the Bigma even on the K3. This pretty much a %100 crop.
