A couple more from King's Lynn looking across the Ouse Estuary. Both at ISO 100 f8 the first with the 15mm Ltd and the second with the Sigma 35mm 1.4 (Art).

I like the wider angle and more intense colors from the 15. The Sigma is very sharp, obviously. Both great shots. Congrats.

Cross posted from Post Your Photos and the 300 plus lens club.

I somehow ended up shooting at 3200 ISO, I didn't change back after trying to get flying squirrel images last night...

They still came out not too bad, at least there's no motion blur...
K-3 DA*60-250 plus 1.4 TC @ 350mm

Bon jour,
today i went to an exhibition on new cars, pretty bad light and i didn´t use the flash. WB on auto TAv mode with auto ISO 100-3200.
Here are the results, sometimes i had to adjust the aperture in LR5, otherwise now big changes from the original file. I noticed, that the K-3 wasn´t sure, where to focus, special when mirroing light appeared on the cars, but i guess, that´s almost impossible to get fixed

Some more from today...

With the F-70-210 and DA 1.4 TC on the camera I went looking for some purple fringing... and didn't find any... this lens definitely has purple fringing problems with the 1.7

The finches on this tree remind me of Christmas decorations...

There seems to be more and more noise every day.... and they are definitely sparring to establish territory, after living together all winter the nuthatches and woodpeckers are definitely getting into it.

I spy a photographer in the left eye of the cat in the second photo! Very sharp. Both images well done. I have been trying to get a chipmunk photo for three days since they woke up from winter hibernation, but they are skittish and move randomly, much like cats.

Due to some some hardware failures I'm not keeping my Pentax gear BUT I will never complain about the images I could capture with it.

Great shots, Namajam. BTW, that is a Song Sparrow not a Song Swallow. Much better singers than they are lookers.

Thanks, dude. I made this shots, frankly, pretty easy. I shoot from my window, so there is no need to "hunt" these cats. Good luck with your chipmunk adventure!
