Thanks Rondec, gosh I hope not! It is the DA* 16-50 f/2.8 at f/4 44mm 1/3200 and 200iso. Here is the original that I cropped from
All of my lenses require fine focus adjustment on the k-3 from my testing this weekend ~ +6. I need to send the K-3 in to CRIS under warrenty and not sure which lenses to send also. But with the birds moving back North not going to happen until July or August! I am still tweaking it and am new so have a very steep learning curve which I am working though. And would like to mention that I absolutely love your pictures. And watching the snow and ice disappear over the last couple of weeks on the lake and landscape of the pictures you post, it is a very strong visual effect that shows the changing of the seasons that I greatly appreciate.

It is the Root River damn in Lanesboro on Sunday. On Saturday I crossed the Cannon River several times though... Was headed up to a spot that several people on ebirds.org had reported seeing snowy owls and on the way up there I had one fly right in front of me. I chased it ~5 miles and saw it 3 times but never was able to get a decent shot of it. The girlfriend now thinks I am crazy I had the Tacoma floored flatout more than once on those sloppy dirt roads chasing it, was definitely headed back to the tundra and that was its intent. But twice when I thought I had lost it she said there it is go faster LOL. First time I have ever seen one, I am really disappointed that I didn't get it on the camera. Maybe next year.
I moved up here from Western North Carolina where I had first lived when I retired from the Navy. Transylvania County NC has an amazing number of waterfalls, I would love to go back with the K-3 and shoot them. It is called the Land of Waterfalls for a reason.
