Tokina 135mm f/2.8. This lens is nice and sharp and is my preferred 135mm but it does suffer from purple fringing in high contrast situations, at least until stopped down to f/5.6 or more.

I need to test the SR mount copy I just got to see if performance is the same.

Bedroom in a traditional Icelandic home at a rural-life type of museum. I didn't check the exif data, but this was probably taken with an 8~16 Sigma
Is it just me, or does this bedroom have a bit of a green cast to it? :>)

With green walls and ceiling, it would not surprise me if sunlight bounced around was slightly greenish although on both my monitors the floor color looks OK, not tinted green. I probably used HDR as the lighting is too uniform for a space illuminated only by a single window - need a look at the exif to be certain - and HDR can do odd, sometimes unacceptable things to color.

Sea arch along the coast if Iceland. The rugged coast testifies to the ferocity of storm waves that rage in especially during the winter.

Maybe you are a natural birder. They do not wait for me. Great photo.
Thank you so much! It did feel like a special moment, but I'm afraid I don't have the budget to become a real birder...

With me, it is not the budget but the stamina. A real birder will lie in marsh water for several hours just to get a photo of a rare bird!

Ooo. Horses. What color do you want? The Icelandic horse is compact, sturdy, and comes in about any color you can image. Do not be tempted by their small size to call them a "pony." Any nearby Icelandic horse owner will give you a correction.

I drive by a couple ponys everyday too but they are not compact in the least - they are enormous!

First outdoor agility trial of the year last weekend, so I can collect some more dogs in action. An Aussie looking moderately intense and clearing this double jump easily, but I think he's a little behind the plane of focus which I usually set manually just my side of an obstacle. K3 + 60~250mm
