Some shots from yesterday. About a hour from my house in Kalamazoo, Michigan is the Kalamazoo Air Zoo Museum. I have wanting to go there for years. It is one of those places that is close enough to go but there are always seems to be another time. Well I finally decided it was time to go. Every museum has it popular or prized attractions. Here it is the SR 71 Blackbird.
It is quite the site to behold. Younger generations can make fun of older technology until you get to the Blackbird. Although it is over 50 years old there still is not anything today that can match it. It is still the fastest aircraft ever built to fly under it's own power.

I had to use Liveview and hold the camera over my head for this shot. Took a few tries.
I saw this old motorcycle that was part of an exhibit. There was no information on the motorcycle but I really liked it so I wanted to photograph it. It was under the wing of a plane sitting on green flooring in extremely dim light. I had to goto ISO 8000 just to get a decent shutter speed.
