K3 sample shots ... post here !

I just got back this afternoon from Southern Illinois this afternoon, 10 hour drive. I managed to get all the shots onto the computer. Now I have to go through them. I pulled these of the SD card last night at the hotel using the K-1s wireless mode. Using the K-1's wireless mode requires some kind of specail black magic. I essentially just resized them for web sharing. Shot with the Sigma 50-500 on the K3.

Amazing how many more pictures you get when you bring the camera along than when you don't. Both with the 18-135mm WR.

A spray of plumeria flowers I shot while waiting on my kid.

I know the OP asked for n brick walls. Well, here are two, both from Didcot, about a year ago. I took them for this thread but did not process them till just recently. The third is not a brick wall, but also from Didcot.

All were with STak 20/4.5 on the K-3. A combination I like, but do find a bit difficult to get truly sharp. I suspect the culprit is the 20.

All very fine. I especially like the shots of the planes readying for takeoff, and the one with the fireworks is spectacular. Is that a cameraman atop the bucket lift?

Thank you. Yes indeed, that was a cameraman shooting the whole event atop that bucket lift.
