Icelandic waterfall (other images of this waterfall posted earlier)
I've seen an enormous surge in photos taken in Iceland in the last year or so, I think it must be really taking off as a tourist destination. This is the first photo I've seen which I suspect shows a real reflection of the number of people visiting the famous sites there.

There were large numbers of tourists along the south coast sites east of Reykjavik, but farther east, up the far east coast, and along the north coast it was much quieter. The little island of Flatey was paradisaical, peaceful, unspoiled, unhurried, uncrowded. It truly felt that all the trouble and turmoil of the world were not only left behind, but could not possibly reach that place.

The K-3 and old Nikon ED AF Nikkor 80-200 mm 2.8 with Nikon to PK adapter

Decided to play around with my old Nikon lens today. I put the Nikon to PK adapter and shot with the green button. Pretty amazing lens being made in the late 1980's. It appears to be soft at 2.8 but it is probably just me not getting it into focus or shaking as I hand held all of the shots.

Shot at 2.8. A little soft.

Shot at f8 Really sharp.

One at f5.6

Brought home a new member of the Pentax family. DA 20-40mm ltd is my first Limited lens and I'm excited about it.

Hi all,

Thank you for you input. I found it in "Like New" condition from KEH for $464. So far it seems quite good.

If Keh says it is like new, it must have still been in the shrink wrapped box. I cannot find anything wrong even with their UGLY and BGN stuff!

It was in the box with the original warranty and other documentation. It doesn't have a mark on it.

We have snow and Feeder Creatures and there were a few more creatures around the feeders.

K-3 , Tamron SP AF 300 2.8 with HD DA 1.4 TC, (420mm ƒ4)

640 ISO, ƒ5.6, AV mode

First at the trough

Not at the feeder, but still in the yard.
