First one to wear shorts into Parliament

He was most controversial, wearing pink short shorts to parliament. The shorts were about as short as Hoges' shorts in his TV and film appearances.

That wasn't the one that drowned, was it?

The one that drowned did it in Victoria, and was not a Premier. He was the Prime Minister. Harold Holt. Plenty of rumours that he may never have drowned. Rumours to the effect he got picked up by a Chinese submarine, only a short time after Paul McCartney and mates lived on a yellow submarine.

A few shots from a trip to Yellowstone last May. The HDR adjuster in Silkypix really saved the shot of the grizzly bear with her cub. The second shot is of an icon taken from a different angle. The water from Old Faithful drains into the Firehole River. From there it enters the Madison River which ends when it hits the Missouri River. Then into the Mississippi River and onto the Gulf Of Mexico.

Available seating with a great view of the Mediterranean So many restaurants had no customers when we toured Greece and the Cyclades.

I take the camera every day, on our dog walks but I rarely get good light. A few exceptions.

OK, you twisted my arm, a few landscapes and dog images as well.

What's misty looking at? I know you're all dying to know.

You can see Mount Manitou 20 miles from here, looking off into the distance.

Took this this morning at Balls Falls, a local beauty spot. K3ii, with 18-135 on the front. Temperature had gone up to 4c for a January thaw.

I posted this in the "Your Shots" forum, but, although it's not the most perfect shot, the fog and streetlight was somewhat eerie and lovely.
