Gotta say, I love my 300 lens and K3ii! Taken at Port Dalhousie, Ontario, today.

had my K3 for three weeks now and have been having fun with it, however the image quality I get from it is very much on par with my K5. but I'm very happy either way, especially when it comes to the auto focus performance of this camera-

these are shot with my 18~135 lens walking around Vegas...

some shots with my Sigma 8~16mm...

and some from my *16~50...

Very pretty, Ray. Nicely composed. Makes me sick: you have flowers. My neighbour and I spent yesterday blowing a meter of snow off our front lawns in the hopes that the little bit that is left will melt and we can see the (brown) grass that might actually be grass in a month

Here a few photos from the other morning after leaving work. This is one of at least six American Bald Eagles I've been keeping my eye on since last year. He was watching the sunrise when I came across him. He let me watch him for about ten minutes before he was bothered enough to fly directly across the Hudson River.

Eagle sunrise: 2 he sees me

Eagle sunrise: 3 checking me out

Eagle sunrise: 4 he gives me a warning

Thank you, Albert. I did not mean to make you sick. If it's any consolation, we will be heading into winter soon. But where I live we never get snow. Maybe a few frosts, though.

We now have daffodils and hyacinths in northern Ohio, but look what happened to them last night!

Got up this morning to find a fresh 2 inches/5 centimeters of crazy white stuff hiding the brown grass. Would you sponsor a refugee?

Oh dear. I don't think that they would have appreciated that.

After hearing that how could I not sponsor a refugee? You would be most welcome here. This crowded beach is about 3 mins drive from my house:

Is that snow with the wrong white balance? It's been so long since I've seen anything else!

Here's our spring flowers taken just now,
