Two focus stacks with the D-FA 100mm WR, HD DA 1.4X & Raynox DCR-250. Super happy with the damselfly portrait - I think this is pretty much my own "state of the art" as of right now. Also very happy with the caterpillar - I always find these to be awkward subjects, but this one turned out really well. (Caterpillar is reposted from Show Me Your Insects.)

Around... did not share so much of the pictures because I did not not see you could embed images from other sites. The space allocated to basic users is not enough for a gallery with a lot of photos.

Thank you! While other images (like the caterpillar) are opportunistic (shoot what you find), the damselfly is the kind of image I leave home hoping to get...
