Here's a few from my Pentax K3 and TPO 8RC recently. I love the camera for astrophotography. This is M2, M1/Crab Nebula, and The Double Cluster

There's so much out there right now, even short walks produce good images, and I missd many that were equally good, but with no tripod, I just couldn't nail them.

K-3 and DA 18-135.

I took 8 shots, one was good. In low light, you just never know.

With a 1/8 second exposure you have no right to expect anything, and yet, here it is.

I went to Letchworth Park in upstate New York yesterday, the colours weren't that good, but the water falls were looking good. I used an ND filter to get an 8sec exposure a f16 using the 18-135 at 31mm.

That's a very attractive photo.

Thank you, I had to climb down the bank and balance on the edge of the stream to get it, but I think it's worth it.

Many of the better scenic photos are taken in impossible positions. I once took a photo with my Benbo tripod on a 60º side slope. One leg was uphill from the head while I was balanced on a rock.

Fun!

It was good morning to be out shooting. Leaves have started to fall, that means more light, and the sun was shining.

Too many lens combos to list.

Our last grackle, all the others seem to have left. I think he missed the wakeup call.

He got to the rail too late for the peanuts in the shell.(They disappear before I'm even done filling feeders.) He is some kind of annoyed. Sorry dude, you snooze, you lose.

This guy did very well on the peanuts however, no doubt he has a smirk on his face.

We still have lots of sparrows.

Hi Norm - nice to have the White-crowned Sparrow where you are - maybe they will be here before too long.
You are our early warning system for the predicted winter finch invasion!

So far, we have 2 Pine Siskins and one female purple finch. Not much of an invasion so far.

Didn't have much time to grab some handheld shots of this majestic Bald Eagle soaring around.
