The afternoon dog walk
K-3 and DA 55-300 PLM

Tia is so hard to get, she never looks at you, she's always alert for possible action in the bush.

This tree stump really doesn't belong here, I'll take it down for you.

OK, I've got a grip.

Over she goes

Jesse never loses interest in the shenanigans.

I pass it every day, this is the best it's ever looked.

This is an idea I had for a little photography project since I'm trapped at home - taking pictures through the viewfinder of my Yashica Mat 124G. There's no film in the Yashica at the moment but I have some Rollei RPX 400 on the way. I've always liked photos through viewfinders of cameras, whether they're medium format or smaller 35mm SLRs.

K-3 and DA 35mm Limited.

I took this last night, it shows the hearts on the hotels in Niagara Falls.

That's a wonderful shot, Tuggie. I can see that on the wall on a metal print. I just had two 20x30 metal prints done by Canvas n Decor of this image for a customer, and they did a superb job for less that one I had done in 2010. This is not the final image; I did some careful retouching and labeled it "The Burning Mountain, Sparwood, BC, Canada © Albert Berry 2020 across the bottom. The images will be on display in the local real estate office and the chamber of commerce visitors centre.

Hi all,

I hope this finds you and your family healthy and well.

As some of you know, my first love is concert photography and sometimes concert photography requires high ISO. Here are some that I was forced to capture at ISO 40,000. Can the K3 work at ISO 40,000? Uh..yes!

WOW! I've never tried my K3 over 25,600, and then only for testing. Thanks for the posting -- I think I have some testing to do!!

Some motion blur samples with three different lenses; 16-45, 35 Limited and 50-135 respectively.

Nice action shot, selection of racing cars being put through their paces. Looks like a BMW 2002, a Lotus 7 derivative and I'm not sure of the last one.
