Excellent work! Looks like the Australian Hobby I saw devour a Cockatiel a few months ago. Gruesome!

Great shots! It is always a joy to find an unexpected raptor settling down to pose for your camera! Those pigeons are the hawk equivalent to a fast-food meal (easy to get, very fatty)...

You need to move out of the sticks and get closer to where porches outnumber trees!

I caught this Cooper's Hawk dining on a Mourning Dove a few feet from our back porch here in lakeside Toronto. Took him a long time to pick it down to a pile of grey feathers (and this shot is near the end), but he stuck around for the whole fast-food meal...
