Thanks klkitchens. Appreciated your effort.

The screen does look a tad small. Not bad though.

Did you just go through general customer service?
I contacted the eBay seller who contacted the manufacturer. I got the replacement within a few days.

I saw your photos, mine is the same as yours. The original I received was 1.5mm on either left and right and 1mm top and bottom. The replacement now has less than a quarter mm on either left/right, and "perfect" top bottom. It is still glued to the LCD though and still get slight bleeding from left and right.

Putting a screen protector on the K-5II and K-3 defeats the benefits of the gapless display (that is glass). My wife and I fly unprotected.
For me, all the more reason to get it.

Okay, I am now confused.

What are the benefits of the "gapless display"? Why not put on the ACMAXX attachment?

And, why defeat those benefits by putting on the attachment?

One benefit of gapless displays is reduced reflections. With the ACMAXX you'll no longer have a gapless display. It's up to you if reduced screen clarity is worth the piece of mind.

Correction: MINIMALLY if even noticeable reduced screen clarity.

Hi I received mine today, are there anyway of telling before trying to install it if I received the right one?
It does not make any reference to the K3 in the package, but it was listed for K3 on eBay.

Thanks for your help

Use a ruler and measure the item in the package versus the actual camera LCD.

No reply from ACMAXX directly... took your advice and went this morning to the ebay seller. Hopefully will get the correct one.
