Pentax K3 Wedding Photos

Thanks for that, I am using ACDSee Pro8 and their non destructive Develop Mode and after 'developing' save them as jpegs or pngs. The thumbnails seem to be in jpeg format and as what I remember on the back of the camera but as soon as I open the RAW file, it goes dull and back full original format.
My main question was which shooting Mode do people tend to use initially, as the differences are noticeable. I did shoot the wedding on 'Natural Mode'. When shooting sunrises I tend to use either Radiant, Reversal Film or Landscape.

I'm home -- here's a few samples from the wedding I just shot. I shot in RAW (as always) so the image style doesn't matter. However, I have my jpegs set to "natural". I find a boost in contrast and saturation (or vibrance) helps them pop a bit, though. The flatter image of natural help get slightly more accurate histogram since its the jpeg histogram that shows.

^Very nice work, and great review of the K-3's performance. An increase in focus speed and accuracy along with a reliable P-TTL mode would be a definite upgrade from the K-5. That being said, I've found the K-5 to be extremely capable, and it's shortcomings haven't caused any major issues.

I adopted a very similar approach with the K-5/K-7 combo we use, for the exact same reason. I want the jpeg histogram to be as close as possible to the RAW as possible, so I also have the in-camera contrast turned down. The goal being to nail the exposure and focus in-camera, then adjust everything else to taste in PP.
