Great. I've had one on backorder from Henry's since the late fall. Sounds like it is useful.

I was so fond of this new Pentax K-3 - but I've had nothing but trouble with it:

- I cannot transfer data (there was no cable in the box. Yes, I can buy one - but no cable for a camera in this price class? Come on!)
- The format of it's RAW files cannot be opened in Aperture.
- Point three: I cannot find anything else to whine about - but the above is also enough!

If you have a mini-B USB2 cable, which you probably do, it will actually connect the camera to your computer, just without USB 3 speeds. The corresponding USB3 cable just has a few extra connectors.

I just heard today from someone inside Pentax USA that they are expecting them to be available in the next 7 to 14 days.
