If you're shooting JPEG you can try this:
1. Use Custom High ISO NR
2. For ISO ranges 100-800 set to OFF
3. For ISO range 1600 set to LOW
4. For 3200 and above set to MEDIUM

It's been reported, and I've confirmed myself that having the above settings (or even turning off High ISO NR altogether) do improve JPEG image sharpness.
