First Impression of Pentax FLU Card

The FLU card is a nice first step to wireless transfer of files from the camera to computer. However, it's only a first step.

The FLU card files are displayed on the computers browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) as icons. You must click on each individual icon to see the files displayed in full resolution. Another draw back is that there is no way to mass download of the files to the computer or other storage devise. Each image must be downloaded individual after viewing each image at full resolution. You cannot just tab through the full resolution images you must use the back arrow key to return to the icon page to view the next image.

My personal desire would be to be able to see the full resolution image on the screen as a wireless tether. Then have an icon page mass down load to the storage device along with the ability to browse the full resolution images. Just my opinion.

Browsers can't do a multi download. The webserver in the card would need to archive the images into a single zip or something like that, something that the hardware would struggle to do, due to file write speed, memory usage, and transfer speed

It would be nice, but without using an app of some kind to make multiple single download calls, it would be quite difficult IMO

Can't you already do the whole file transfer thing better with an eye-fi card? The only thing special about the flu card is that it lets you tether.
