And finally the answer I´ve been waiting for. Ricoh Europe now confirms that K3 have electronic SR:

"Thank you for contacting Ricoh Imaging.
In the K-01 and onwards the mechanical sensor shift in video mode has been disabled, so for the K-3 it is a digital SR mode."
